Smoothest move ever!

I relocated from a small studio into a shared house and had minimal stuff, mostly a bed frame, wardrobe boxes, and my computer setup. Even though it wasn’t a big move, the team still gave it full attention. They wrapped my monitor without me asking and asked where to place each item. It felt really organized, even though I was honestly expecting something rushed or basic.

They insisted on doing

They insisted on doing everything themselves so we just stood back and watched. We struggled to move a few boxes over 3 days and they moved all of our furniture and heavy packed boxes in an hour and a half. They stayed after to make sure everything was where we wanted and took amazing care of our belongings. Would recommend Cross Country Movers to everyone.

They started the morning

They started the morning picking up a fridge in West Orange and bringing it to the home we moved from in Bayonne and took the fridge along with furniture to West Orange They packed and treated our things with care. Josh was attentive and really made us comfortable with such a big move. Once we got back to West Orange, they unpacked and put things together with love. I highly recommend Josh and crew and Cross Country Movers. You won’t regret it.

Zero complaints

Zero complaints, my movers were professional and a pleasure to have in both my apartment and new home. I have no idea how they can haul around some heavy items and have a smile on their face while doing it. They took great care of my stuff like I was told - they handled my items like it was their own. Were they perfect? No, and they will never be but this is as close to perfection a company in this industry could be.

We recently moved

We recently moved ourselves from Ohio to Lakeland. When the movers we had hired to unload our truck stood us up I called Cross Country Movers in a state of panic. They accommodated us quickly and Matt and Jacob came to our rescue. They were so professional and did a fantastic job. I had a ton of heavy furniture, including a solid oak dining table that weighs a ton, but they handled it effortlessly. They took extra care maneuvering it through my narrow hallway without leaving a single scuff mark. My fragile items, like my collection of ceramic figurines, were wrapped with layers of protective material. The movers took water breaks only when I insisted, and they never wasted a second. I recommend Cross Country Movers to EVERYONE I know!

Well organized

The movers arrived right on time and were very organized when they packed up all of my things. They were extra careful with anything that could break easily and made sure everything was packed securely in boxes. I was really surprised at how well they handled my antique wardrobe. They wrapped it in a thick, padded blanket and used a cart to move it carefully without scratching it or bumping it into the walls.
